Are you looking for someone to present at your organisation?
Would you like someone to run a workshop?
My presentations and workshops cover an increasingly wide range of subjects, including coping with bereavement, understanding stress, addressing mental health issues, living and working with dementia, communication skills, confidence building and identifying/coping with post-natal illness.
Workplace bullying can be an issue for many, and I offer lunchtime workshops at organisations to help employees cope with this. Why not contact me for further information?
Workshops can be on a topic of your choosing and, given notice, at a day and time of your choice too. All of these take time to bring together in terms of presentation content, collating PowerPoint slides (where appropriate to the audience/event) and producing handouts (which vary from a couple of pages of A4 to a full workbook). You can be involved in deciding content.
My workshops are designed for people who are genuinely seeking help and need some initial guidance and advice; whether they are the affected party or directly linked to the affected party (e.g. spouse, relative or carer).
The presentations provide people with the information they need to help them take the first steps towards resolving their issues. Some may not need further assistance from me at a professional level, while others may need a higher degree of support and become paying clients. Those who do not seek further assistance still walk away from my sessions with useful information.
I do charge for my presentations, otherwise it costs me money to present which rather defeats the object of being an independent, qualified counsellor and a respected, informative speaker! Please contact me and we can negotiate a rate.
